Job description
Lead a unified recruitment solution migration project end-to-end, coordinating various teams and ensuring smooth data migration and system cutover.
Project overview
As part of a migration program to a unified recruitment solution, you will lead the project from start to finish and be its main point of contact. You will coordinate product, technical, and Customer Success teams, without hierarchical responsibility, so that each migration is prepared, validated, and carried out under good conditions.
You will manage the schedule for the different batches, make dependencies and risks visible, and ensure that decisions regarding data recovery are made before script development. You will centralize and prioritize the migration backlog, track functional discrepancies, and organize acceptance testing, launch validations, and the coordination of cutover days.
You will define a reproducible process, control criteria, and anomaly tracking. You will lead the weekly committee, record decisions, and alert quickly in case of blockage. The position requires a strong ability to move forward with various stakeholders and to secure migrations until the old solution is decommissioned.
Profile
Proven experience in managing a data migration or SaaS cutover for B2B clients.
Ability to manage a complex schedule, its dependencies and risks, and to lead committees while ensuring traceability of decisions.
Aptitude to read data mapping, question technical teams, and prioritize a backlog with product, tech, and Customer Success teams.
Transverse leadership, clear communication, and the ability to follow up tactfully.
Proficiency in Jira, Notion, and Slack.
Experience with ATS or the healthcare sector, multi-site environments, simple SQL, or go/no-go processes is appreciated.
