Hello,

an experienced consultant (m/f/d) is sought to support an insourcing project for the transfer of IT services.

The goal of the assignment is methodological, technical, and documentary support in the creation of a framework agreement (Frame Statement of Work) as well as the associated service-related Statements of Work (SoW), service descriptions, and handover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the creation and further development of the FSoW
• Development and structuring of SoW templates and documentation standards
• Consulting business units in the creation of service-related SoW
• Creation and formulation of service descriptions based on input from Service Owners
• Support in defining scope of services, service boundaries, roles, and responsibilities
• Advice on market-standard content and regulations (Service Scope, Out-of-Scope, SLA, KPI, Governance, and Reporting)
• Collection, consolidation, and structuring of information and requirements
• Creation, review, quality assurance, and finalization of SoW documents
• Ensuring consistent structure and terminology, as well as service-oriented documentation

Requirements

Framework Conditions

• Experience in creating Statements of Work (SoW), service descriptions, or service catalogs in the IT environment
• Experience in IT outsourcing, transition, or insourcing projects
• Knowledge of market-standard governance, SLA, and KPI models
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Start: 01.09.2026
• Utilization: 2 days per week
• Planned Volume: 240 hours in 2026
• Remote
