- Preparation and compilation of complete signaling system tender documents in accordance with defined tender requirements
- Creation and updating of a schedule and timeline for tender preparation up to the first negotiation phase
- Preparation of required tender information and documents for the respective specialist departments
- Obtaining, checking, and consolidating technical and commercial information for the tender
- Conducting comparative analyses and benchmarks as part of tender processing
- Processing and documentation of tender-related technical issues
- Preparation of required documentation for milestones for tender validation
- Preparation of an interface matrix, cost targets, and the Customer Document Requirements List
- Evaluation and documentation of tender-related risks and opportunities
- Compilation of price lists, specifications, and required customer documents
- Documentation of documents created during the tender and bidding phase
- Preparation of complete handover documentation after successful awarding of the contract
- Experience in technical and commercial tender preparation
- Experience in the rail sector required, advantageous: experience in the signaling sector
- Sound experience in bid management and processing complex tenders
- Knowledge of costing and handling price and service specifications
- Experience with risk and opportunity assessments as well as technical comparative analyses
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills
