Project overview

For our client in the banking environment in Bern, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategically important compliance and risk program, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with Product Managers and business stakeholders for the collection, analysis, validation, and prioritization of requirements
• Analysis of complex banking and organizational processes and their understandable translation into functional and non-functional requirements
• Identification and documentation of processes, interrelationships, and problem areas in the compliance environment
• Creation of business concepts and specifications for implementation
• Definition and coordination of test cases as well as support for User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Participation in an agile environment according to SAFe principles

• University degree (academic or applied sciences), higher professional examination, or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or compliance projects
• Very good understanding of banking and organizational processes in the area of compliance
• Sound knowledge in the area of anti-money laundering (AML)
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis or a comparable role
• Experience with the collection, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement and no criminal records)
• Very good German and English skills
