Responsibilities
- Recording, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
- Analysis and optimization of existing claims processes
- Conception of future processes considering automation potentials
- Development and evaluation of business solution options
- Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Preparation and moderation of workshops
- Coordination between business departments, product owners, IT, and test teams

- Several years of project experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role
- Good knowledge of the insurance industry and its business processes
- Practical experience in claims processes from claim notification to settlement
- Experience in creating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of agile methods and in dealing with backlogs, epics, and features
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong communication and moderation skills
