Business Analyst Data - Senior

Project overview

Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is strengthening the data valorization service of its group IT department. This service supports business functions in their digital transformation, focusing on Customer (B2B and B2C) and Master Data Management.

Missions

Deliverables: weekly activity report, project and maintenance deliverables, delivery monitoring KPIs (run and build).

• Ensure the run and project data delivery for Customer (B2B/B2C) and MDM scopes
• Coordinate and supervise TMA providers (projects, evolutions) in compliance with internal IT governance
• Be the primary contact for business functions on their data topics: regular reporting, steering committee animation
• Define KPIs and manage the planning, budget, deliverable quality, and project risks
• Participate in defining the data model with business functions and monitor its implementation and evolution
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with the Data Contract (data quality, SLA)
• Manage the updating of the Data Catalogue by TMA
• Participate in production deployments and ensure the MCO/MCS of the application portfolio
• Identify new high-value data use cases (analytics, data science)
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (architecture, cybersecurity, strategy, compliance) and business digital teams
• Represent the IT department to suppliers and partners, and participate in contracting and negotiation with third parties (TMA, integrators, publishers)
