Project overview
For a demanding project at a leading insurance company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will coordinate business analysis activities across various business areas and support the optimization and further development of existing business processes.
Your tasks include the overarching planning and coordination of all business analysis activities, the planning and moderation of requirements workshops with business departments and stakeholders, as well as the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements. You will conduct analyses of existing processes, define optimized target processes, and identify potential improvements through gap analyses. Furthermore, you will create and maintain user stories, business concepts, and functional specifications, and coordinate the alignment between business departments and IT.
You will prepare business decisions, support business test cases, and assist with acceptances.
We expect several years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry. Sound knowledge in business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process management is required. You should have experience in coordinating complex, cross-departmental projects and possess very good knowledge in modeling business processes (e.g., BPMN). Confident interaction with various stakeholders, strong moderation skills, and experience with agile and classic project methodologies are essential.
