We are looking for a long-term assignment with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region for a Business Analyst Finance specialized in trading rooms. You will join a team responsible for impact studies and project coordination for the Finance function of market activities, as part of an ambitious strategic plan and sustained business development.

Profile sought
You have a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) (business school, engineering school, or university in finance) and solid experience in Market Finance. You have mastered the processing chains and products of Global Markets and ALM, as well as the associated accounting. You know how to manage a project, analyze complex subjects, and communicate with various stakeholders. Your analytical skills, rigor, and interpersonal skills will make the difference.

- Conduct Finance feasibility studies on new products: accounting impacts, reporting, liquidity, capital, P&L, taxation, and accounting controls.
- Analyze the Finance impact of IT and operational rationalization projects, for example, a new economic and accounting P&L reconciliation tool for ALM scope.
- Support impact analysis and coordination between Finance teams for blockchain and digital initiatives.
- Coordinate projects and ensure liaison with a wide range of Finance and non-Finance functions.
- Produce clear analyses and share your recommendations with stakeholders.
