We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze, refine, and implement requirements for a modern communication solution for a bank client. The role involves close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team in an agile environment.
Project overview
We, emagine GmbH, are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a correspondence team to analyze, refine, and implement the Product Owner's requirements together with the team.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and professional elaboration of the Product Owner's requirements
- Refinement and clarification of requirements for the development team
- Coordination and refinement of UX/UI concepts in collaboration with the UX designer
- Creation and elaboration of professional concepts
- Presentation of solution approaches and concepts to business departments and customers
- Support of implementation through professional guidance and testing
- Close collaboration with Product Owner, developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
- Good knowledge of banking processes and requirements
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in requirements analysis and specification for development teams
- Understanding of UX/UI topics and collaboration with design teams
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
- Experience in agile project methods (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
