Job description
The client is looking for an IT Business Analyst for Medical Affairs to support their digital transformation. The role involves bridging the gap between Medical Affairs, Digital, Data, and IT teams, and external partners to manage medical insights.
Project overview
Our client in the Health and Pharma sector is looking for an IT Business Analyst – Medical Affairs M/F
Mission Description:
Context
As part of its digital transformation, an international Medical and Patient Affairs department wishes to structure and industrialize its Medical Insight Management capability. The objective is to transform signals from various medical sources into actionable insights for decision-making: defining priorities, collecting and standardizing observations, generating, validating, and prioritizing insights, then translating them into actions with a feedback loop.
After a strategic scoping phase focusing on the definition of Medical Insight, the end-to-end process, governance, roles, and expected capabilities, the project is entering the execution phase.
This includes a Proof of Concept (PoC) to test the Target Operating Model, structured evaluation of Buy, Make, or Hybrid scenarios, formalization of functional and non-functional requirements, preparation for the selection of the target solution, and then support for its design, integration, and deployment.
The project is organized into four workstreams:
The IT Business Analyst is primarily involved in the Platform stream, in close coordination with the other streams.
Mission
Act as the interface between the Medical Affairs teams, Digital, Data, and IT teams, as well as external partners. The IT Business Analyst will gather and formalize business needs, contribute to the scoping and execution of the PoC, and support the evaluation, design, integration, and deployment of the target solution.
