Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Banking Sector

Project overview

As part of strengthening a team dedicated to CRM applications, an organization in the banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The mission is part of an environment of evolutionary and corrective maintenance as well as the realization of new functional needs. The applications concerned are used to support customer relations and certain business processes requiring a high level of reliability and traceability.

The consultant will join an agile team composed of functional and technical profiles and will regularly interact with business teams, production teams, and publisher support.

Objectives and Deliverables

The consultant's main missions will be to:

Expected deliverables include User Stories, acceptance test reports and minutes, test plans, meeting minutes, security documentation, and functional documentation.

• Gather and analyze the needs of business teams.
• Lead maturation workshops, follow-up meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Model processes and functional flows.
• Write User Stories and maintain the backlog.
• Design functional solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with technical teams during design and development phases.
• Participate in the functional configuration of the application.
• Monitor data imports, exports, and flows.
• Define test plans and scenarios.
• Perform functional acceptance testing and monitor fixes.
• Support business teams during deployments.
• Maintain functional documentation and project repositories.
