Business Analyst - Pricing & Billing Position at our client in the Banking industry in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements in the area of Pricing & Billing into actionable solution approaches
• Create detailed specifications and support the functional implementation in a DevOps environment
• Develop test plans, coordinate, and execute test cycles within releases
• Take end-to-end responsibility for features, ensuring quality and clean documentation
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Legal, IT Architecture, and Development
• Support functional and technical clarifications for the further development of sales applications
• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g., in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Engineering at a financial service provider
• Experience in project management of agile projects, ideally with SAFe
• Certification in Business Engineering, e.g., IREB, is an advantage
• SQL knowledge and experience with Confluence and Jira are desirable
• Language skills: German
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, precise, and quality-oriented way of working
• Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
