- Performing project control and monitoring financial progress

- Optimizing dashboards, reports, and BI applications
- Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes
- Contributing to the further professionalization of the financial organization
- Completed financial education at HBO level or higher
- Demonstrable work experience in the role of Business Controller or Project Controller
- Work experience within a project-driven organization as a hard requirement
- Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reports
- Familiarity with ERP systems and BI reporting tools
- Independent, analytical, and proactive attitude in work
- Strong communication skills and ability to easily switch between stakeholders
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
