Camunda Engineer

Project overview

For the development of a new platform for digital customer onboarding and the opening of banking products, we are looking for an experienced Camunda 8 Engineer with sound Java and Angular knowledge.

You will strengthen a newly formed DevOps team and be responsible for the technical implementation of business processes with Camunda 8. You will participate in the further development of the platform architecture and contribute significantly to the success of the project.

Your tasks include the development, further development, and operation of services in the DevOps team, the conception and implementation of business processes with Camunda 8, as well as the introduction and establishment of this technology within the team. You will develop backend services with Java/Spring and frontend components with Angular, implement security requirements, and continuously improve development, deployment, and operating processes. Furthermore, you will advise business departments on feasibility, solution options, and technical implications.

We expect a degree in computer science or comparable professional experience, as well as several years of experience in software development, ideally in the banking sector. Project experience in client onboarding, digital product closing, or client lifecycle management is required. You have very good knowledge of Camunda 8, especially process design and implementation, as well as sound knowledge of Java, Spring, Angular, JPA/Hibernate, Maven, and SQL. Experience with Scrum/Kanban, DevOps, Git, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira is necessary. Knowledge of Kotlin, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker is advantageous.
