Responsibilities

Profile

• Conception and implementation of change measures for defined workstreams within the scope of a company-wide transformation
• Creation and further development of workstream-specific change plans based on the customer's change framework
• Analysis and transparent presentation of the impacts of the transformation on relevant stakeholders, processes, and organizational units
• Assessment of change readiness, acceptance requirements, and project-relevant change risks, as well as derivation of suitable measures
• Conception of measures to promote willingness to change, acceptance, and sustainable anchoring of the transformation
• Consulting and support of relevant managers and stakeholders in accompanying and communicating the change
• Conception and integration of communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement measures into the respective implementation plans
• Creation of structured project and measure reporting, including progress, risks, and derived countermeasures
• Conception and support of the transition from the project organization to the operational organization with a focus on the sustainable anchoring of changes
• Identification of transformation-related requirements regarding competencies, leadership, behavior, and corporate culture
• Sound experience in Organizational Change Management and in company-wide transformations
• Experience with stakeholder management at the executive level
• Knowledge of change readiness, change adoption, and change communication
• Experience in global matrix organizations
• Experience in building and establishing change management structures and standards
