Job description
A large international industrial group seeks a change management and SharePoint consultant to harmonize its commercial content SharePoint sites, which feed AI tools for sales teams. The role involves diagnosing existing setups, defining global frameworks, and supporting implementation.
Project overview
Context
A large international industrial group wants to harmonize the SharePoint spaces hosting its commercial content. This content feeds AI tools for sales teams. Each country already has its sites, but their organization and uses vary from one country to another. The project does not involve duplicating a central portal in each country: we are looking for a hands-on consultant, focused on consulting and change management.

- Diagnose the existing situation: sites, structures, content, users, and local practices.
- Identify common gaps and needs, distinguishing what needs to be harmonized from what must remain local.
- Build recommendations and the action plan with global and country teams.
- Define the document organization and governance rules (metadata, permissions) adapted for AI content exploitation.
- Explain the expected adjustments, mobilize local contributors, and support implementation.
- Monitor progress, content quality, and adoption, with actionable reporting.
- Full-time. Duration of approximately 6 months, renewable.
- Target start date end of 2026.
