Change Manager in Agile Environment

Project overview

Conducting a kickoff with program management, including clarifying expectations.

Analyzing the existing structure of the BIM program.

Regular sparring with sub-project managers on approach, priorities, and organizational issues.

Supporting sub-project managers in dealing with obstacles, resistance, and unclear responsibilities.

Preparing, conceptualizing, and moderating demanding workshops and meetings.

Moderating with differing interests, controversial positions, and cross-departmental issues.

Supporting the introduction and application of agile working methods (together with the Enterprise Agile Coach).

Selecting suitable change and communication formats depending on the situation and target group.

Actively involving affected departments and stakeholder groups.

Supporting the sustainable anchoring of BIM-related changes in the departments.

Neutral mediation between program management, sub-projects, departments, and other stakeholders.

Language skills: German/English (must), French (nice).

Requirements

Several years of experience in change management or in supporting organizational change programs.

Experience in the conception and moderation of demanding workshops.

Experience in dealing with differing interests, resistance, and controversial positions.

Experience in sparring with project managers or sub-project managers.

Very good knowledge of agile working methods and approaches.

Experience with structuring and prioritizing open topics and backlogs.

Very good communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.

Very good German language skills.
