Join a team undergoing transformation to manage and optimize IT change management processes in a demanding and dynamic environment. Your mission will be to ensure smooth transitions while aligning ITIL practices with the operational needs of IT support.
Key Missions
Manage Change Management processes according to ITIL best practices (v3/v4).
Collaborate with support teams to reduce risks and improve the efficiency of changes.
Lead workshops to raise awareness and train stakeholders on ITIL processes.
Document and track change requests (RFCs) and their impact on services.
Identify and resolve change-related blockers, in coordination with technical teams.
Profile
Manage Change Management processes according to ITIL (v3/v4), collaborate with support teams to reduce risks, lead awareness workshops, document RFCs, and resolve technical blockers.
Proven experience in ITIL Change Management (ITIL v3/v4 certification strongly appreciated).
In-depth knowledge of IT support challenges (helpdesk, incidents, requests).
Autonomy and rigor to manage complex processes in a multi-team environment.
Soft skills: Dynamism and ability to unite teams to involve them.
Pedagogical skills to train and support users.
Stress resistance and adaptability in the face of emergencies.
