Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a Change Manager (OCM) for AI agent governance (m/f/d).
Project objective: The project introduces new governance, ownership and lifecycle management requirements for AI agents. Teams that create, deploy, own or operate AI agents will need to follow standardized processes for registration, ownership assignment, access approval, risk review, publishing, operation, periodic review and retirement. The change also introduces clearer accountability for AI agents and new controls through Agent 365, Microsoft Entra Agent Identity, Purview, Defender and related IAM processes.
Change activities will raise awareness, engage stakeholders, communicate new responsibilities and consult affected teams as they adopt the new processes in their daily work.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and technically control change management strategies and plans that support the project goals and ensure effective delivery of the change initiative.
- Conduct impact assessments to analyze how the change affects people, processes and technology.
- Conceptualize and implement targeted change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication and qualification measures.
- Integrate change management into the overall delivery plan in project-specific coordination with the project manager.
- Document and track change adoption.
Requirements
Project language: German and English
Remote share: 100 %
- Several years of experience as a Change Manager with end-to-end responsibility for change initiatives, ideally in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Good knowledge of established change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven experience in shaping change processes with affected employees.
- Resilience and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel under a tight timeline.
- Adherence to company standards and established processes.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and third-party platforms.
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of identity solutions for AI, such as Agent 365.
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of IT identity systems and solutions.
