Senior SAP S/4HANA AMS Service Lead

Project overview

As part of a long-term SAP project, we are looking for an experienced expert to support the functional and technical maintenance of an existing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud landscape. The focus is on the functional coordination of an SAP expert team, the further development of existing SAP applications, and ensuring stable application management. Furthermore, the role includes technical consulting for the design and optimization of SAP service processes.

Language Requirements

• Functional coordination of SAP module consultants and developers
• Support in the organization and further development of SAP Application Management
• Management of complex support cases, technical changes, and escalations
• Consulting on SAP architecture, interfaces, and process optimizations
• Accompanying knowledge transfer and operational transitions
• Support in building and functionally evaluating SAP expert teams
• Several years of SAP experience, ideally at least 8 years
• Sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Application Management Services (AMS)
• Experience in the functional leadership or coordination of SAP teams
• In-depth knowledge in at least one of the modules FI/CO, MM/SD, or PM/CS
• Good understanding of SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud architectures
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Very good German language skills
