- Lead the end-to-end Change Management process.
- Ensure governance and compliance with IT procedures.
- Coordinate technical and application teams.
- Monitor KPIs, manage deviations, and implement continuous improvement.
- Manage standard, normal, and urgent changes.
- Organize and manage CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.
- Proficiency in ITIL and IT change management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management or BMC Remedy.
- Knowledge of IT production environments.
- Reporting via Excel and Power BI.
- Professional English required.
