Citrix Administrator / Terminal Server Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator and Terminal Server Specialist (m/f/d) to support an established infrastructure team. The position can be filled completely remotely and offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment.

Your tasks include the operation, administration, and further development of the Citrix infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of Citrix Virtual Apps as well as the support of Citrix VDA (Terminal Server) and VDI (Desktop) environments. Furthermore, you will handle incidents, service requests, and changes, perform performance analyses, and optimize existing systems. You will support Citrix components such as NetScaler, Provisioning Services (PVS), StoreFront, and Delivery Controller, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The creation and implementation of changes, as well as the documentation and optimization of operational processes, are also part of your responsibilities.

We expect several years of experience in the Citrix environment, very good knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and experience with NetScaler, PVS, StoreFront, and Delivery Controller. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Server environment and experience in incident, change, and service management are required. An independent and structured way of working is necessary.

Experience in the health insurance or healthcare sector, as well as project experience with comparable IT service providers in the statutory health insurance sector, would be advantageous.

The project runs for 6 months with full-time utilization with a budget of a maximum of 70 Euros per hour (all-in).
