Project overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining a business-critical cloud-native platform. The project focuses on cloud infrastructure automation, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, GitOps, security, and production environment reliability.
You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams to improve platform scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using OpenTofu and Crossplane
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native services
- Implement GitOps deployments using Argo CD, ApplicationSet, and Helm
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Manage cloud networking, ingress, DNS, and security configurations
- Implement container security and hardening standards
- Maintain PostgreSQL databases using CloudNativePG
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor production environments and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Improve platform automation, reliability, and availability

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
- Experience with OpenTofu or Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Crossplane and Argo CD
- Experience with Helm and GitOps
- Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure services: CCE, ECS, VPC, EIP, DNS, EVS, ELB, and NAT
- Good Linux administration skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL and CloudNativePG
- Knowledge of pgBackRest, WAL archiving, and Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR)
- Experience with Traefik, cert-manager, TLS, and cloud networking security
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container security best practices
- Experience with backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures
