Project overview

The assignment focuses on communication regarding the implementation of the new digital environment Mijn Zorgkantoor.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising on communication within the digital environment for clients and representatives
• Guiding the communication around the implementation and go-live of Mijn Zorgkantoor
• Coordinating with internal communication advisors and chain partners on communication expressions
• Developing and executing communication plans aimed at customers and their loved ones
• Ensuring understandable, accessible, and consistent communication within the chain
• HBO/WO work and thinking level with relevant education in (corporate) communication
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a communication advisor within a large or complex organization
• Proven experience in guiding complex implementation or change projects
• Experience with digital services, customer portals, or similar digital environments
• Knowledge of clear communication, such as writing at B1 level, and digital accessibility
• Experience in independently developing and executing communication plans
• Experience in collaborating in multidisciplinary project teams and with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with long-term care, health insurance, care offices, Wlz or PGB is a plus
