Experienced AMOA needed to join a team transforming a smart meter remote reading platform. The role involves bridging business and development teams, managing the backlog, and ensuring functional testing and release coordination.

What the position entails
Reporting to the application manager, the confirmed AMOA joins the team transforming the smart meter remote reading platform. The project aims to modernize the user experience and evolve the technical architecture, while ensuring service continuity and maintaining the operational condition of the existing application. Acting as the interface between business departments and the development team, you will lead workshops, clarify and challenge needs, then write functional specifications and document relevant processes.
You will create and track the JIRA backlog, formalize user stories and their acceptance criteria, and contribute to their prioritization. You will coordinate exchanges with developers, validate deliveries, and participate in release preparation. You will define and carry out end-to-end functional acceptance testing, and contribute to interface testing, data migration, and cutover. You will also analyze production incidents and contribute to the product vision.
Key skills / What we are looking for
- Proven experience in AMOA and writing functional specifications.
- Proficiency in JIRA, backlog management, and writing user stories.
- Expertise in acceptance testing strategy, test cases, and functional validation; knowledge of Squash is a plus.
- Ability to lead workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and challenge needs.
- Analytical skills, synthesis, autonomy, proactivity, and good communication skills in French.
- Awareness or training in Claude or an equivalent generative AI tool, with proof required.
