Experienced freelance Construction Manager / Project Manager for Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) needed for a technically demanding special construction project in Freiburg. The work takes place during ongoing operations and requires careful coordination within limited time windows.
Responsibilities
- Construction management and technical coordination of electrical trades
- Management and supervision of the executing subcontractor
- Critical review of existing plans for technical and practical feasibility (no independent planning services)
- Ensuring professional and timely execution
- Coordination with the overall Project Manager for Electrical Engineering
- Coordination of work, taking into account ongoing operations

- Sound experience in construction or project management for Electrical Engineering (Building Services / Electrical Engineering)
- Good knowledge of various electrical installations, especially fire alarm and safety technology, medium voltage, photovoltaics, as well as media and television technology
- Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors
- Technical understanding and ability to critically evaluate existing plans
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as assertiveness
- Start: Flexible / by arrangement
- Duration: Expected until 2028/2029
- Utilization: Approx. 3 days per week on-site, supplemented by remote work possible
- Contract type: Freelance project assignment
