Project overview
As a senior HR advisor, you will combine advisory work with project leadership for the implementation of HR21.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding management and executives on issues related to inflow, internal mobility, and outflow, absenteeism, performance, sustainable employability, and organizational development
- Guiding complex personnel cases
- Translating laws, regulations, and HR policy into practical application
- Identifying organization-wide HR issues and providing proactive advice
- Contributing to the further professionalization of HR processes and policy
- Leading the local implementation of the HR21 job evaluation system as project leader
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of HR advisor
- Experience with AFAS Profit
- Experience with setting up projects
