Manage construction projects for stations, stops, depots, and buildings from initiation to aftercare, representing the client and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
Project overview
You are responsible for the construction management of projects related to stations, stops, depots, and buildings.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Executing construction management from initiation to aftercare
- Representing the client towards contractors and suppliers
- Directing structural, constructive, and installation engineering work
- Monitoring contract, schedule, budget, quality, and safety
- Identifying bottlenecks between design and execution and initiating solutions
- Performing site management and supervision in accordance with RET processes, contracts, and regulations
- Coordinating inspections, partial acceptances, commissioning, and final acceptance
- Maintaining current and traceable project and supervision documentation
- Transferring project knowledge, files, and outstanding actions to RET employees
- Extensive experience in the construction management of utility building and/or infrastructure projects
- Strong in collaborating with various project stakeholders such as project managers, design teams, and contractors
- Accustomed to working in a complex, operational environment with attention to the continuity of public transport operations
