Construction Scheduler – Primavera P6

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to support large commercial construction projects. The focus is on Primavera P6 scheduling, progress monitoring, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

You will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of extensive construction projects. Your main tasks include developing and managing detailed Primavera P6 schedules, integrating subcontractor programs, monitoring progress and critical paths, and identifying potential delays. Furthermore, you will support schedule-related claims and reporting.

Requirements

Framework:

• At least 6 years of experience in construction scheduling or equivalent practical experience
• Extensive practical experience with Primavera P6
• Ability to develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules
• Experience in analyzing critical paths, schedule variances, delays, and project forecasts
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project execution
• Experience in integrating and coordinating subcontractor schedules
• Ability to monitor project progress and resource planning
• Experience in creating Gantt charts, schedule reports, and forecasts
• Experience in supporting delay analyses and schedule-related claims
