Seeking a Project Leader and Pioneer for the regional grain chain in Foodvalley, responsible for coordinating activities, fostering collaboration, and developing new market channels.
Project overview
The assignment includes project leadership and pioneering within the regional grain chain in Foodvalley.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Coordinate project activities and monitor the schedule
- Organize collaboration between the various project partners
- Provide administrative and substantive accountability
- Expand and strengthen the network of involved entrepreneurs
- Develop new sales channels for locally grown grain
- Increase the visibility of local grain among consumers
- Stimulate sustainable collaboration within the chain
- Practical experience in coordinating processes involving various entrepreneurs, organizations, and/or public parties working together
- Experience with network development, chain collaboration, or business development, preferably within the agro-food sector or regional food chains
- For the project leader role: experience with project coordination, planning, progress monitoring, administration, and reporting
- For the pioneer role: experience with strengthening entrepreneur networks, new collaborations or sales channels, and marketing communication
- Knowledge of project management, network building, regional food chains, agro-food, business development, and marketing communication
