Project overview

For our client, I am looking for a consultant (m/f/d) AI for a remote project. Nearshore possible.

Important: Only consultants in an employment relationship can be considered for this project.

Due to internal guidelines on the use of external specialists (HR Compliance), we ask you to offer only resources that are in a direct employment relationship with you or your subcontractors (if applicable), i.e., no self-employed external specialists (freelancers / one-person limited liability companies, UG, GbR, etc.).

• Development of a suitable research framework and relevant guiding questions, as well as review of existing findings and results.
• Analysis of scientific findings, relevant frameworks, current developments, and practical examples regarding changes in the world of work due to AI.
• Conduct of a gap analysis for SAFe AI Native.
• Conception, execution, and evaluation of qualitative survey and exchange formats, incorporating different perspectives and experience levels.
• Consolidation and evaluation of scientific, external, and internal findings, as well as analysis of the impact on employees, roles, collaboration, and work methods.
• Derivation and description of opportunities, risks, and support, change, and action needs for different target groups.
• Development of suitable communication and participation approaches, as well as clear, target-group-oriented documentation of results for further use within the digital transformation.
• Existing findings and results must be adequately considered and supplemented by targeted surveys if necessary. A central, comprehensive employee survey is not part of the service.
• The client provides access to the existing organizational context and relevant findings and establishes contacts with suitable internal points of contact.
• German (C2)
• Completed university degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Research, or a specialization with a focus on one of these topics. Certificates: Proof of university degree stating the field of study.
• Practical experience in the scientifically founded analysis of the effects of technological/organizational changes on people/work environments, including a description of the research subject/methodological approach/results. Experience level in years: Senior (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in the systematic research, evaluation, and classification of scientific literature and studies on work or organization-related issues (research, consulting, or organizational projects, scientific publications). Number of references: 2
• Experience in consolidating and evaluating scientific findings + practical experiences and transferring them into an organizational application context, including a description of the scientific and practical results. Number of references: 2

• Knowledge and practical experience with analysis, survey, and evaluation methods in the context of work and transformation issues, naming the methods used. Number of references: 2
• Knowledge of agile organizational forms and scaled agile frameworks, especially SAFe. Number of references: 2
• Knowledge and practical experience in the field of organizational development and organizational change processes. Number of references: 2
