Consultant Data Analytics & ML/AI

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced consultant in the field of Data Analytics & ML/AI to support an internal analytics and AI team in structuring, consolidating, and professionally preparing an existing portfolio of projects and use cases. The goal is to develop a clearly positioned, consistent set of standardized Analytics services and solutions from existing content and to transfer them into management-ready decision and presentation documents. The focus is on conceptual work, clear storyline, and a uniform, strategic overall logic – not on operational implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analysis, and structuring of existing project, product, and use case documentation
• Contribution of an outside-in perspective to evaluate existing focal points and identify additional relevant subject areas
• Conceptual development and positioning of a coherent set of standardized Analytics services and solutions (approx. 4-5)
• Development of consistent storylines for individual services as well as an overarching portfolio narrative
• Translation of complex analytics and AI topics into understandable, structured, and management-appropriate content
• Ensuring a uniform language, terminology, and level of abstraction across all materials
• Creation of high-quality, presentation-ready documents for management and strategy formats
• Preparation of an overarching portfolio presentation including vision, added value, next steps, and roadmap

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or conceptual roles, ideally in the analytics, data, or AI environment
• Proven experience in collaborating with data analytics and AI teams to structure offerings and content
• Very strong skills in storylining, storytelling, and the visual preparation of complex issues
• Good general understanding of Data Analytics, BI, AI, and Data Management solutions
• Ability to strategically structure and position content without getting involved in operational implementation
• Critical-analytical mindset and the ability to constructively question existing concepts
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
