We are looking for an expert consultant to design, structure, and industrialize generative AI and agentic systems within the IA4IT initiative. The role involves defining and implementing technical architectures for robust, secure, and industrializable AI agents and agentic solutions.
Project overview
Context
As part of the IA4IT project within the IT system modernization program, we are seeking a Consultant Expert - Agentic AI Architect & AI Platform Tech Lead to support the design, structuring, and industrialization of generative AI uses and agentic systems.
The consultant will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical architectures enabling the construction of robust, secure, and industrializable AI agents and agentic solutions.

Working Conditions
- Define reference architectures for agentic solutions and the company's AI uses.
- Design integration models between the AI platform and the information system.
- Support the implementation of complex agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration mechanisms.
- Define development, testing, observability, and governance standards for AI agents.
- Identify the most relevant technologies, frameworks, and components to meet business needs.
- Supervise and challenge developments carried out by product teams and partners.
- Design and evaluate integration patterns with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ITSM, documentation bases, APIs, and business services.
- Participate in work on interoperability protocols such as MCP, A2A, or any other emerging market standard.
- Implement supervision, quality measurement, traceability, and AI usage control mechanisms.
- Support the industrialization of solutions from proof of value to production deployments.
- Ensure active monitoring of developments in AI platforms, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
- LLM architectures, generative AI, single-agent and multi-agent systems, agentic workflow orchestration, RAG, conversational memory, and context management.
- MCP, A2A protocols, agentic ecosystems, evaluation, monitoring, traceability, and control of AI agents.
- Python expertise, TypeScript appreciated, APIs, microservices, connectors, complex IS integration, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Application architecture, IS urbanization, Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AI platform security, observability, and operations.
- Leading technical teams, coaching developers, defining standards, building a target vision, and the ability to drive its adoption.
- Reference architectures and architecture documents.
- Reusable frameworks, patterns, and components.
- AI development, testing, and governance standards.
- Integration patterns with the information system.
- Industrializable use cases and scaling roadmap.
- Architecture guides and technical recommendations.
- Technology decision records (ADRs).
- Development and operation methodologies for AI agents.
- Demonstration materials and stakeholder support.
