We are looking for a freelance functional expert for a consulting firm specializing in Procurement and Finance transformation, focusing on Coupa platform deployments and evolutions within Source-to-Pay processes.
Project overview
We are looking for a consulting firm, specialized in the transformation of Purchasing and Finance functions. It supports large groups and ETI in the digitalization of their Source-to-Pay processes. In a context of strong growth, it is strengthening its COUPA practice.
Your missions:
Within the project teams, you will act as a functional expert on deployment, evolution, or maintenance projects for the COUPA platform:
- Lead scoping workshops with Purchasing, Finance, and Supplier Accounting departments
- Design solutions and write functional specifications (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management)
- Configure the platform: approval workflows, catalogs, punch-outs, forms, Supplier Portal
- Coordinate interfaces with the ERP in conjunction with technical teams
- Lead testing and support key users
- Contribute to change management: training, support, hypercare
- Participate in the development of the offering (pre-sales, knowledge sharing, junior mentoring)
