Contract Advisor South Netherlands A-Roads (secondment)

Project overview

As a contract advisor, you will support the contract manager in managing maintenance contracts within South Netherlands A-Roads.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Identifying risks and proposing appropriate management measures
• Collaborating within the project team and acting as a connecting link
• Seeking cooperation with contractors and other parts within and outside the cluster
• Assessing and establishing the legality of payment requests and preparing performance statements
• Coordinating the change process (green room) and recording decisions in RWS systems
• Advising the contract manager on decisions to be made and contract changes according to the SCB method
• Contributing to the compilation of an ABC contract file for recording decisions and audit trail
• Advising on the interpretation of UAV-GC, UAV, and specific contract provisions, strategy, disputes, and claims
• Monitoring the smooth running of contract-related processes, both within and outside your own discipline
• Timely delivery and analysis of management information for decision-making with the contract manager
• Supporting team members in achieving common goals
• HBO work and thinking level with a completed relevant HBO education
• Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years with procurement and/or contract management within the infrastructure sector
• Knowledge of and experience with UAV-GC and/or construction teams is a plus
• Experience with system-oriented contract management of maintenance contracts is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with audits based on quality assurance is a plus
