Contract Manager Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Projects

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Contract Manager (m/f/d) with civil engineering experience.

• Start: December 2026 / January 2027
• Duration: Initially 2-3 years
• Location: Munich
• Remote: On-site, 5 days
• Workload: Full-time (40 h/week)

Responsibilities

• Review and processing of change orders from construction consortia
• Participation in or assumption of tasks in contract management
• Negotiations and coordination with the executing construction companies
• Support of contract-related project management
• Schedule planning
• Involvement in topics related to health and safety
• Support of construction supervision from a contractual and project-specific perspective
• Activity primarily in the project office, not classic construction site supervision

Requirements

• Several years of experience in civil engineering
• Experience in contract and/or change order management of infrastructure projects
• Experience in dealing with construction companies and clients
• Understanding of construction processes and construction supervision processes
• Experience with large projects is an advantage

Nice to have

• Certifications in construction supervision
• Experience in tunnel construction
• Experience in engineering joint ventures or large infrastructure projects
