• Overall responsibility for the operational management of a major construction site in the industrial and energy sector
• Coordination of site managers, commissioning teams, and internal and external project participants
• Management and monitoring of all trades, including civil engineering, electrical installation, infrastructure, and safety measures
• Ensuring schedule, quality, and cost requirements during the execution phase
• Central point of contact for clients, project partners, and stakeholders on site
• Creation of status reports and professional reporting to clients and management
• Coordination of construction site logistics, resource planning, and interface management
• Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support during commissioning and handover of the plant
• Ensuring transparent communication between all project participants
• Several years of experience as a General Site Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager, or in a comparable leadership role
• Proven experience in large-scale plant construction, industrial plant construction, energy plant construction, or comparable projects
• Sound knowledge in managing complex construction projects with multiple trades
• Experience in civil engineering, electrical engineering, and construction site logistics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Confident interaction with clients and professional stakeholder management
• Experience in reporting, project management, and schedule management
• Very good German and fluent English skills
• High willingness to be present on the construction site and hands-on mentality
• Long-term interim mandate until mid-2028
