Coordinator Service Management and Research (32-36 hours) (secondment)

Project overview

As a coordinator, you will contribute to improving the service provision for benefits within the Tax Administration.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Optimizing the interaction channels through which citizens apply for or change benefits
• Organizing analyses of non-use of benefits and maintaining the benefits monitor
• Advising on public campaigns and associated dashboarding, and steering based on results
• Maintaining a broad internal and external network and proactively involving the right disciplines in implementations
• Identifying bottlenecks in project progress and ensuring timely escalation
• Connecting tactical and strategic advice with the department
• Aligning priorities and planning with the strategic objectives of the organization
• HBO work and thinking level or at least 5 years of experience as a project leader
• At least 3 years of experience as a project leader, project manager, or program manager with coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of and experience with translating strategic objectives into operational plans
• Experience with stakeholder management within a political-administrative organization is recommended
• Preferably experience with managing and implementing projects
• Preferably experience with monitoring coherence between digital channels and business architecture
• Preferably experience with monitoring progress on deadlines
