The assignment

For a temporary communication assignment, we are looking for an independent communication professional. The assignment consists of developing and realizing internal communication campaigns and one or more internal events. The intended result is that employees are informed and involved in a timely, clear, and engaging manner.

Deliverables

An independently developed concept and communication plan for the agreed internal events, including program, resources, planning, and production.

The preparation and realization of the agreed internal events within budget, planning, and quality frameworks.

One or more developed internal communication campaigns, including key messages, channel selection, content planning, and resources.

Periodic progress reports based on agreed milestones and results.

A brief final evaluation with results and concrete recommendations for follow-up.

Profile of the contractor

You have extensive experience with internal corporate communication, communication campaigns, and the organization of internal events.

You are both a conceptualizer and a doer: you are able to independently translate a communication need into a concrete approach and tangible results.

You write clearly, humanly, and target-group-oriented.

You are available within the desired period for an engagement of an average of two days per week.
