Seeking an experienced Enterprise Communication & Change Management Consultant for a large-scale transformation and rollout program in an international corporate environment. The role involves developing and managing communication strategies, supporting rollouts, and driving user adoption.
Project overview
For a large-scale transformation and rollout program in an international corporate environment, we are looking for experienced Enterprise Communication & Change Management Consultants to support pilot and productive rollouts of new services and features. The role combines strategic communication, change management, stakeholder management, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Development and management of target group-specific communication measures
- Planning, coordination, and optimization of communication activities during pilot and rollout phases
- Creation of communication materials such as FAQs, newsletters, management updates, presentations, and user guides
- Ensuring a consistent communication strategy and message governance
- Coordination with project teams, departments, management, communication departments, and other stakeholders
- Conducting and evaluating feedback measures, surveys, and user adoption activities
- Support of change management initiatives to promote user acceptance
- Monitoring communication effectiveness and deriving optimization measures
- Documentation of communication activities, feedback, measures, and results
Requirements
Framework Conditions
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Communication Management or Change Management
- Demonstrable experience in complex corporate or large enterprise structures
- Experience with rollouts, user adoption programs, or transformation projects
- Strong skills in stakeholder management at various levels
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in creating communication concepts and communication campaigns
- Understanding of governance processes, corporate design guidelines, and approval workflows
- Experience with feedback management, surveys, or communication analyses is an advantage
- German and English at a fluent level
- Location: Vienna / Hybrid
- On-site component: approx. 1 day per week
- Start: 26.10.2026
- Duration: 20 months
- Utilization: approx. 45 hours per month
