• Draft and negotiate corporate documents, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Participate in negotiations and support clients throughout transactional operations.
• Provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to Belgian and international clients.
• Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and concrete involvement in cases.
• You hold a Master's degree in Belgian law. A complementary LL.M. or a specialization master's degree is an asset.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
