Analysis of the existing Crystal Reports landscape after migration from CR4E to CR2020
Identification and evaluation of causes for functional deviations of existing reports
Professional advice to the client team on the conversion and optimization of reports
Coaching and knowledge transfer on necessary adjustments of CR4E reports for operation under CR2020
Explanation of relevant functional differences between CR4E and CR2020
Evaluation of no longer available or changed functions and possible alternatives
Analysis of the current Crystal Reports configuration and administration parameters
Development of best practice recommendations for operation, administration, and future report development
Conducting training sessions using selected example reports
Creation of a concise results and recommendation documentation

Your Qualifications

Several years of practical experience with SAP Crystal Reports, ideally with both Crystal Reports for Enterprise (CR4E) and Crystal Reports 2020
Sound knowledge in the migration and adaptation of reporting solutions
Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex reporting and BI environments
Understanding of report design, data sources, formulas, parameters, and report logic
Experience in conducting workshops, coaching, or technical training
Ability to communicate complex technical issues understandably to business and IT stakeholders
Knowledge of best practices in Crystal Reports administration and governance
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
Very good German language skills and confident communication with technical stakeholders
