Set up and implement a data modeling process based on the Municipal Data Model (GGM). Guide data modelers, data architects, and data engineers during implementation.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on setting up and implementing a data modeling process based on the Municipal Data Model (GGM).
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Set up and write out a data modeling process in accordance with the GGM
- Describe points of attention such as version control, local implementation of a national model, and suitable tooling
- Establish roles, responsibilities, and governance for data modeling
- Set up processes for review and approval
- Guide data modelers, data architect, and data engineers during implementation
- Draw up work instructions based on best practices
- Deliver process documentation, manual, final report with recommendations, and a concluding presentation/workshop
- HBO work and thinking level, demonstrable through education and/or work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, gained from 2015 onwards, as a data modeler or data architect
- Experience with setting up conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Experience with working in Enterprise Architect or comparable tooling
- Mastery of the Dutch language in word and writing
