Job description
The mission involves administering relational databases on Aix or Linux operating systems, providing database support, and contributing to the development and evolution of services for the Oracle DB & PostgreSQL database hosting platform.
Project overview
Mission Presentation:
Within the IT Operations & Services Directorate, the Cloud Infrastructures and Core Service department ensures the support and evolution of infrastructures and contributes to business, technical, and cross-functional projects of the information system.
Objective:
Integrated into the IC Unix unit, the employee will be responsible for:
Area of Expertise:
- Administering relational databases on Aix or Linux operating systems,
- Providing database support,
- Contributing to the development and evolution of services for the Oracle DB & PostgreSQL database hosting platform,
- Contributing to functional and technical projects.
- Administration of Oracle databases v19c and higher
- Knowledge of script development (shell, PHP, perl,..) and the Ansible automation language are necessary for this mission
- Knowledge of Aix and Redhat Linux operating systems as well as Ansible Tower (AAP) or AWX would be a plus
- Ability to formalize and communicate
