Delivery Manager

Project overview

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the Business Continuity domain, which brings together about 25 people: software engineers, quality specialists, and Scrum Masters. You will drive the delivery and production of your scope, in close collaboration with Product Managers, in order to align priorities, trade-offs, and risks, and to secure strategic objectives.

You will adapt the organization to product and technical needs, manage staffing, and establish a framework that promotes autonomy, accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement. With the teams and lead architects, you will build and manage the technical roadmap, while ensuring the application of quality, security, observability, and operational standards.

You will contribute to the technical strategy and innovation capacity, foster cooperation between stakeholders, and participate in the transversal initiatives of the Factory. The position is based in Saint-Denis, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Profile

Experience in IT project management and delivery management; mastery of agile methods.

Skills in application architecture, software design, and information systems; knowledge of AI and machine learning.

Strategic leadership, team management, and delegation skills.

Practice of DevSecOps approaches and change management.

Active listening, analysis and synthesis, negotiation, and stress management.

Ability to manage a technical roadmap and monitor service quality, deadline, budget, and security commitments.
