Seeking a Deputy Program Director to strengthen economic, budgetary, and operational management within a strategic IT transformation program.
Project overview
Mission Context
As part of a strategic IT transformation program, we are looking for a Deputy Program Director to strengthen economic, budgetary, and operational management.
Integrated into the program's management team, the consultant will support the Program Director in monitoring financial commitments, coordinating various stakeholders, and preparing governance bodies.
Mission Description
The consultant will be involved in the following activities:
- Build and manage the program's multi-year IT budget trajectory.
- Ensure financial monitoring: forecasts, budget landings, variances, and alerts.
- Supervise orders, financial commitments, and invoicing.
- Identify, monitor, and anticipate program risks in coordination with the teams.
- Prepare reporting materials for senior management and governance bodies.
- Organize portfolio operational reviews with the managers of the various workstreams.
- Produce annual financial and functional reports.
- Prepare and lead weekly committees as well as functional and technical follow-up meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Assist the Program Director in operational management and propose performance improvement actions.
