Project overview
We are looking for a Cash Management Project Manager for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join a project team dedicated to cash management, at the heart of the relationship between back-office, front-office, and IT. The scope covers the domestic market and the international network (Europe, Asia).
Your missions:
Other projects related to the bank's payment systems may be assigned to you. You will join Ingéniance on a permanent executive contract (CDI cadre), within a community of banking and finance experts.

Profile sought
You have experience in a banking IT integration team, with good knowledge of cash management and payment systems. You master both the functional (project management, UAT acceptance) and technical aspects. Professional English is essential: you will work with international teams. Higher education (BAC+5 level) is appreciated. You are comfortable leading workshops, uniting diverse stakeholders, and supporting change.

- Lead workshops with business stakeholders, functional analysis (MOA), and IT to gather and prioritize needs.
- Participate in the study phases for implementing a cash management solution in several international entities (Asia-Pacific and Europe).
- Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) campaigns.
- Update project deliverables: specifications, test strategy, acceptance reports, process mapping.
- Formulate Go/No-Go recommendations before production releases.
- Drive change management with users.
- Ensure post-production monitoring.
