DevOps Engineer with Java Backend

For an exciting long-term project, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Java Backend expertise and hands-on experience in modern CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies.

• Develop and maintain Java Backend applications using the Spring Framework
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
• Further develop and support Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and monitoring solutions
• Collaborate closely with software developers to build and operate cloud-native services
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and DevOps best practices
• Administer and maintain Jenkins build servers and Apple-based development environments
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's intranet portal environment
• Support containerized application deployments and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong experience in Java Backend Development and Spring Framework
• Solid experience with GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
• Knowledge of monitoring and automation tools
• Experience administering Linux-based environments
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and cloud-native architectures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams
