Domain Delivery Lead - Access & Stay

Project overview

As part of an ambitious digital transformation program within a large-scale institutional environment, we are looking for a Domain Delivery Lead – Access & Stay.

You will play a central role in coordinating several Agile teams and implementing strategic business applications.

Your mission will be to unite the teams around a common vision, ensure alignment between business and IT objectives, and foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a true leader capable of transforming a strategic vision into concrete results, while supporting the teams in their maturity development.

Your responsibilities

• Unite and coordinate several Agile teams (squads) around a common vision and objectives.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery activities.
• Define and manage the overall planning, manage inter-team dependencies, and arbitrate priorities.
• Foster team autonomy through a servant leadership approach.
• Lead Agile rituals at the domain level: synchronizations, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove organizational and operational obstacles.
• Support, coach, and develop teams and collaborators.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between IT teams, business units, and external partners.
• Manage change requests, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure regular reporting to governance bodies.
• Supervise suppliers and develop a partnership relationship.
• Ensure budget monitoring and capacity management.
