As an employability coach, you will play a central role in guiding complex absence situations within the IND.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding complex absence cases as the central link in the process
- Advising and coaching line managers and advisors on the application of the Gate Improvement Act
- Translating legal frameworks into concrete, practical steps
- Taking control of stalled reintegration processes
- Collaborating with reintegration advisors and occupational health experts
- Supporting employees in recovery and personal development trajectories, including behavioral change
- Supporting the professionalization of managers by sharing knowledge and identifying points of attention
- Completed Bachelor's degree in the direction of HR and/or business administration
- Completed CROV training (absence case manager/management of absence)
- 5 years of experience in the role of absence and/or employability coach
- 5 years of experience gained in the public sector
